The objective of this systematic review was to analyze the scientific production on entrepreneurial psychosocial competencies in university students, with the aim of identifying their main dimensions, levels of recurrence, and contributions to understanding entrepreneurial intention and behavior in higher education. The methodology was developed thru a systematic review with a narrative approach, following the general guidelines of PRISMA 2020. Studies published mainly between 2016 and 2026 were considered, selected based on inclusion criteria related to entrepreneurial competencies, psychosocial variables, university students, and higher education. Opinion articles, gray literature, documents without clear methodology, and studies not directly related to the object of analysis were excluded. The results showed that the most recurrent competencies were entrepreneurial self-efficacy, creativity, innovation, achievement motivation, risk tolerance, locus of control, networking, perseverance, and initiative. Likewise, psychological, social, cognitive-creative, and formative dimensions were identified. It is concluded that entrepreneurial psychosocial competencies form a multidimensional and interdependent system that promotes university entrepreneurial training, strengthens decision-making, and contributes to value generation.
