Abstract

Electronic sports as it is today, is a sector in full expansion. And which, in the future through the associated tools, will not only continue to attract young people, but also adults who are interested in the constaprevious upgrades in technology. This is why the study of introduction to e-sports: review on different topics, presents as an aim to establish the vision of e-Sportsfrom a psychologicalposture, communicative of physicalphysicalpreparation. For this purpose, a positivist posture is used, which is immersed in a quantitative approach, being of the documentary research type, having the same a descriptive level. For the data collection technique, the file was used, cas instruments the content file and the classification of the data were used. As data analysis techniques content analysis and hermeneutic analysiswere applied. It is concluded that, in the development of thecompetitive field-Ssports, it is common and frequent to findsportssportsskeletal disorders, as well as problems of metabolic dysregulation, as well as eye fatigue. Another common condition is circadian rhythm disturbances, and mental health disordersamong other pathologiesthat can appear frequently in every practitioner of e-sports.
