Comprehensive early childhood care is a priority to ensure the realization of child care and ensure optimal development through coordinated national and inter-institutional actions in each region, proposing policies and measures to meet the main needs of underage children. All these objectives are based on human development, from the early stages of childhood to promote a harmonious development and a good life. The purpose of the research was to analyze the DAIS Program for the improvement of knowledge of early childhood development in the Community Educational Promoters of UGEL Piura 2020, using a positivist methodology, with a quantitative perspective, which presents a non-experimental design. It is a field research with a descriptive level. The sample consisted of 60 community educational promoters from the city of Piura. The data collection technique used was the survey and its instrument, the questionnaire, was structured with the Likert scale. Statistical analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The results obtained show the low level of knowledge of early childhood development in the community education promoters. Additionally, the theories of child development under three years of age were considered, contributing to the design and proposal of the DAIS program to improve the knowledge of child development in the community educational promoters of the initial level of UGEL Piura-Peru, which was validated by five experts who indicated its applicability in favor of the solution of the educational problem found.
