Theological formation program for professionals of the province of Huancayo - Junín.

The objective of this research was to propose a theological training program for aid professionals in the province of Huancayo - Junín, based on the theories of Dr. Viktor E. Frankl and Dr. José Dunker. Methodologically, framed within the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach. feasible project modality. The population consisted of 70 professionals from the Province of Huancayo - Junín. The sample consisted of 30 professionals in the areas of psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors and educators. This research was approached in two phases: diagnosis of the needs of the helping professional to decipher the theological approach to human behavior and the design of the program for helping professionals. The survey was used as a data collection technique. Analysis of the results was done through descriptive statistics. The results showed that 50% of the professionals consulted said that yes, they have applied religious concepts in the work field and 77% expressed that they would like to have training in the field of theology. In conclusion, helping professionals and their patients or clients require theological education and training as a holistic tool necessary in the therapeutic orientation processes in order to help them understand human behavior in the social sphere in an integral manner.
