Herramientas de medición del compromiso laboral en el contexto del trabajo híbrido y la digitalización organizacional: Una revisión sistemática

Este estudio analizó los instrumentos para medir el compromiso laboral en entornos híbridos y virtuales mediante una revisión sistemática bajo las directrices PRISMA. De 956 documentos iniciales en Web of Science, se seleccionaron los quinientos más citados para su procesamiento en R con Bibliometrix. Tras evaluar títulos, resúmenes y textos completos, se descartaron los artículos sin base organizacional, tecnológica o psicométrica, dejando diez estudios para el análisis cualitativo. Los resultados confirman que la escala UWES es la más utilizada, destacando la versión UWES-9 por su balance entre fiabilidad y brevedad. Aunque existen herramientas para evaluar constructos cercanos como la preparación digital o el flujo laboral, predominan los diseños transversales y el autoinforme, con escasos análisis de invariancia o estudios longitudinales. Se concluye que no existe una escala digital consolidada, por lo que se recomienda aplicar la UWES tradicional evaluando los factores tecnológicos por separado y verificando que el instrumento funcione igual en todas las modalidades de trabajo.
