Police education and human rights as training for UNES-GUÁRICO staff officers

Abstract

In the context of the police educational system of UNES, the principles and legal foundations derived from the Law of University Education of Police Laws, the parameters derived from the Police Educational System and the regulations that give life to this house must continue to be implemented. study. As for the participation of the board of directors and teachers in the process of police education and human rights at the National Experimental University of Security Guárico Training Center, they attribute the fact that this institution must be committed to solving problems that afflict the country, contributing to counteract the violation of human rights and public liberties; the crisis of citizen values, the absence of civic education; the high rate of violence, crimes and contraventions; the irrationality in the use of natural resources and the optimal conditions of solidarity among others. The fundamental purpose of this research is: Interpret police education and human rights as a training component for plant officers at the National Experimental Security University Guárico training center. It is worth mentioning that a qualitative investigation was carried out, whose method was the hermeneutic one, where the in-depth interview was used as a technique, from the data obtained from the informants, an analysis of content, categorization, structuring, contrasting and triangulation of where the foundations that gave rise to the proposed scientific production arose.
