Abstract

The administrative organization is the set of methods and procedures put into practice to order, control and direct a company through its departments, resources and processes, in order to achieve its goals or objectives outlined in advance. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to establish administrative strategies for the development of social activities organized by the Madre Dorotea convent. This research was conducted under the positivism perspective, with the quantitative paradigm, and descriptive field modality. The population and the work sample were 10 nuns residing in the Madre Dorotea Convent. The data collection was carried out through observation and survey techniques, and the diagnosis showed difficulties in the care of the children, since they attend all 52 at the same time and the topics and skills to be addressed are not appropriate for both groups. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a need to establish an administrative organization to guarantee the fulfillment of adequate services to the population served by the convent.
