Teaching and educational management in higher education for the quality of training

Abstract

The work addresses the problems related to the management that, in didactic and educational matters, must be developed in higher education today, as a theoretical- practical alternative to promote the quality of the training of university students in the complex context in which this takes place. process in contemporary times. Consequently, it is a need for teachers to use new ways of planning, projecting, organizing and executing educational work and teaching that allow optimizing the comprehensive development of students. The objective is to establish certain budgets for the training praxis from an innovative and contextualized educational and didactic management that contribute to raising the quality in the training process. To achieve this, a system of methods was applied to guarantee the objectivity of the proposed objective: analysis and synthesis; studies of documents and self-assessment reports of careers, undergraduate faculty; theoretical systematization and criteria of specialists and university managers and multiple triangulations.
