That is why the objective of this research is to train the personnel of the Guayas Textile Network in management quality, control and organizational follow-up as a tool for optimal operation. This research was conducted under the positivism perspective, with the quantitative paradigm, and descriptive field modality. The population and the work sample were 50 people who work at REDITEXS. The data collection was carried out through observation and survey techniques. The diagnosis showed that Reditexs does not have a strategy for quality supervision, nor for control and monitoring of organizational performance, so the training is aimed at developing a strategic plan and an annual operating plan as tools that guide the quality of management. Therefore, it is concluded that by employing the aforementioned strategies, quality management supervision, control and organizational follow-up can be achieved, specifically in the Guayas Textile Network.
