The quality of service goes beyond meeting customer expectations, it is to offer, through a service, benefits that make life easier for customers, in this case the children and adolescents of the Durán canton in Ecuador. That is why the objective of this research is to implement strategies to increase the quality of service of the Pure Heart Foundation in the Canton Duran-Ecuador. This research was conducted under the positivism perspective, with the quantitative paradigm, and descriptive field modality. The population and the sample consisted of 79 people and children who benefit from the foundation. Data were obtained through observation and survey. The results showed the need to improve the services offered by the foundation in order to increase the benefits offered to homeless children and adolescents in the Duran canton.
