Abstract

Quality and control for organizational management is a system that allows organizations to fulfill their purposes and goals established as corporate identity, guaranteeing the integral satisfaction of their stakeholders. The purpose of this research is to determine the foundations for quality and organizational management control. This research was developed under a qualitative, documentary, descriptive perspective. It consisted of the review and analysis of specialized literature. It was found that there is a series of standardized fundamentals, which can be adjusted according to the particularities of each organization, that guarantee an excellent quality control for organizational management. However, in order to implement them, all the personnel that will execute them must be involved and trained, with a series of steps, norms and procedures that are indispensable for their application.
