The reestablishment and full recovery of the illicit substance abuser involves a difficult and complex social reintegration process, in which the abandonment of consumption is the first step towards rehabilitation. There are spiritual and therapeutic support centers such as El Buen Samaritano located in Cantón Durán, which is in charge of accompanying these young people and whose purpose is to provide them with emotional tools and skills through training workshops to incorporate them into the labor market and society. The methodology used is based on a documentary and bibliographic review, being a field research, descriptive level, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, under a qualitative approach. The study population and the sample consisted of 16 young adults with addiction problems. The data collection technique used was direct observation and the instrument used was photographs and the schedule of activities developed. As a result, the beneficiaries acquired knowledge of silk-screen printing and stamping techniques, in addition to achieving their occupation in activities that stimulate their creativity during their recovery process and learning a trade for their livelihood.
