Methodologically, it corresponds to a qualitative study framed in the postpositivist paradigm, hermeneutic-phenomenological method, supported by a documentary review. Within the techniques to approach the information the interview was used in depth being 3 key informants. Using categorization and triangulation for information processing, the theoretical approach emerges. The findings were grouped into 3 socio-affective, administrative and ethical categories. Taking as a theoretical approach that there is a close relationship between the group atmosphere and work environment with repercussion or impact on the productive and quality indicators of higher education institutions, highlighting the resignation to practical terms, policies, leadership, motivation to achieve, conflicts, control and supervision in the framework of technological changes to which organizations have been exposed in the framework of globalization.
