Communication for inclusion in higher education organisations

The construction of higher education environments involves the configuration of communication channels that facilitate the inclusion of the various socio-educational actors in the different phases of the respective systemic process in order to achieve desirable results, it is advisable to study the factors associated with the development of the respective dialogue, assuming that such factors have a direct influence on the respective communication socialization or obstruction. In view of the foregoing, the aim is to analyse communication for inclusion in higher education organisations. Methodologically, this is a study associated with the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach of documentary type, descriptive level. As a data collection technique, the document review was applied, the data collection instruments were corresponding to the signing and the notebook, the content analysis technique was used to treat the sources, Using scientific articles between 2005 and 2021, in the Scopus and Scielo database, quality communication, educational socialization, inclusive communication, and professional communication are presented as keywords. It is concluded that inclusive communication in higher education organizations becomes decisive to strengthen socialization processes since their barriers hinder the development of the respective dynamics.
