Digital applications are Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) fundamental in the teaching-learning processes at the educational level; especially they are used as tools in Basic Accounting. Objective: To analyze the influence of digital applications as learning tools for Basic Accounting in the Monseñor Juan Wiesneth educational unit. Methodology: The descriptive method is applied, with a quantitative approach with the application of a survey technique, with non-probabilistic quota sampling of a finite population of 217 high school students; For the descriptive analysis and correlation of results, the SPSS computer software was used. Results: Improvements were observed in the learning of the theoretical-practical contents of Basic Accounting, as a result of the use of digital applications as educational tools, which also facilitated the adaptation to the different advanced software programs of today. Conclusion digital applications facilitate the understanding, knowledge and participation of students in the classroom; They also allow managing activities in real time, they do not generate costs, they are versatile downloads in different devices, they promote the development of skills and abilities applicable to the workplace. Teacher training is necessary in this area according to the student manifesto
