Motivation strategies, directed to teachers of primary education for the use of material didactic intended for children with disabilities auditory

The objective of this research was to propose motivational strategies aimed at teachers of Primary Education for the implementation of teaching material intended for children with hearing impairment, in an Educational Unit of Education Special Puerto Ayacucho, Amazonas state. The study was carried out using the method analytical empirical in a positivist paradigm, with a feasible project approach, under the modality of descriptive field research, non-experimental design. Likewise, the population under study was ten (10) teachers. For the application of the data collection instruments, a 11-question survey instrument, assessed through expert judgment of three specialists, to whom a pilot test was applied and thus calculate the reliability through Cronbach's Alpha. Once the survey is applied analyzed and the results were tabulated, through direct observation it was possible to highlight the lack of teaching material in learning spaces, determining that teachers do not use teaching materials such as learning strategy during the educational process. Therefore, it was concluded that it is pertinent and necessary to prepare a proposal for strategies for motivation addressed to teachers, for the implementation of didactic materials in classrooms for children with hearing impairments
