The article is the result of a descriptive-explanatory study carried out with the aim of proposing a procedure manual for the Human Resources area for the company Jecdelsa dedicated to the sale of Integrated Business System. This is a descriptive-explanatory study, framed in the qualitative-quantitative mixed method. The study population consisted of 13 workers of the company under study. The data collection technique used was the interview and non-participatory observation. The instruments were the observation guide and the questionnaire of semi-structured questions. The results showed that 31% of the collaborators wish to learn about Recruitment and Selection of personnel, 84% wish to receive training on Development in the area, 77% wish to receive training on Team Work, 77% prefer training on change management and 100% expect to receive training on ethics and values and finally 31% wish to receive training on hiring and firing. Therefore, there is a need to design a procedures manual for the Human Resources area.
