Abstract

The article general objective is to present a proposal of one Pedagógical strategies and activities program in order to improve
the effective use of information and communication technologies, in the educational praxis of secondary education teachers, in the
municipality Gran Sabana of the Bolivar state. Methodologilly it is a field investigation and a feasible project modality. A dichotomous
questionnaire was use, with 20 items. It was conclude that information and communication technologies are a valuable tool that can help
teachers define management strategies for available technological resources for the enhancement of its applications, the maximization of
benefits and the appropriate adoption of the changes caused by the appropriation of this type of resources in the educational field.
