Emotional intelligence, a transformative educational perspective of the XXI century

Research that aimed to characterize from a theoretical reflection the incidence of emotional intelligence as a fundamental axis in raxistrans formation of educational institutional management. Research addressed under the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, from a modality descriptive level documentary, having as a collection instrument of data the signing; as a technique for analyzing the results, the content analysis. Concluding, that being a manager in a dependency education implies being able to form competencies that manage to integrate the organization properly, but for this, who acts as leader must behave like an adult when it manages to emerge spontaneously collaborative autonomous; who from his respect, assumes an attitude of respect towards the other, an action that is only possible by recognizing that only from proper management of emotions and feelings can generate transformation, from love.
