Use of digital marketing in an online nuts store

Abstract

Nuts stores have had a boom in recent years, motivated by increase in consumption by the population. That is why the purpose of the present study is to design a digital marketing plan for an online nuts store in the city of Guayaquil. The research is based on the paradigm positivist, using the quantitative approach; the research design is feasible project, supported by field research and with a descriptive level. The population under study was made up of 1,242,733 inhabitants of the city of Guayaquil. The sample was made up of 384 citizens, chosen randomly. The collection technique was the survey and its instrument the questionnaire; the was used statistical method for the analysis of the results. Finding that 98% of the respondents like to eat nuts. It is concluded that there is a captive market which can be accessed through social networks, digital marketing and online store app.
